
SAP Research Project Registration and Ethics Committee (procedures)
UFG SAP System Research Project Registration Manual
a) The workload, present in the research project statement (SAP statement), refers to the sum of the hours of all project participants; Item individually included for each member in the <participants> (<participantes>) option, choosing between server student (estudante) or external researchers (pesquisadores externos);
b) Upon recommendation of the CAJ Directors Board, the annual workload of the project shall not exceed 128 hours for each member;
a) In this tab that the project documents must be attached. Choose options for attaching different documents; The name of each file must be short, otherwise the system may have an error.
b) The research project to be attached must be complete (eg Introduction, Methodology, Expected Results, Schedule, References and funding information, if any) and be attached to the Project File.
5) If the project obtains any funding, the respective document must be attached in the option Provov. Financing;
6) After attaching the files to SAP, the coordinator should submit the project and statement to the board of the responsible unit.
At this stage, the project will be submitted for evaluation by a reviewer, member of the Mini Research and Graduate Chamber. If necessary, the opinion will be sent (email) to
coordinator project to make the appropriate changes. The project term in the Research Advisory is 30 days on average.
7) Project reporting to the Directors Board (procedure carried out by the Research and Graduate Advisory Board itself);
8) After the project has been approved by the Directing Council, a certificate of the minutes will be sent to the e-mail of the research coordinator.
Note: Minutes may be available up to 4 days after approval by the board. This document must be attached to the Board of Directors option;
9) If the project is submitted to Research Ethics Committee (Plataforma Brasil), the proof of the respective department must be included in the Comprov file. Ethics Committee (this only occurs after approval of the Ethics Committee).
10) The researcher should only finalize the registration of the project “Finalize Completion”, after approval by the Directors Board and Ethics Committee, if applicable. Also, have attached all the necessary documents.
Notes:
a) Completed the steps above, the system will regularize the registration. Changing its status to "in progress" usually occurs automatically. If within a short time (72 hours) the status does not change, an email (with project number and title) should be sent to the Research and Graduate Advisory Office so that we can solve the problem.
Project submission via Plataforma Brasil is responsibility of the project coordinator.
