Vanderlei Balbino da Costa, graduated in History from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (1992), specialist in School Administration and Higher Education Didactics (2004), Master in Education from the Federal University of São Carlos (2009) and PhD in Special Education from the University Federal of São Carlos (2012). Has experience in Education, History, Reading and Braille Writing, School Administration, General Didactics. Works on the following subjects: School Inclusion, Special Education, Teacher Education, Visual Impairment, Visual Stimulation, Orientation and Mobility, Native Education and Diversity.
